Vera Health is a health technology startup that helps empower healthcare providers, starting with emergency physicians, with instant access to up-to-date evidence-based answers. Their platform cuts through the noise to deliver trustworthy medical information 10x faster, revolutionizing clinical decision-support.

Challenge

The product fit was there; access wasn't. Busy schedules buried emails, LinkedIn DMs arrived at the wrong moments, and paid ads couldn't earn attention amid clinical priorities until we changed our approach.

Solution

We built a quiet chorus of physicians and med-ed creators, ER docs, hospitalists, educators, each sharing a small, real moment: a confusing lab value, an unfamiliar drug interaction, a late-night double-check. In 15–45 seconds, they showed how they tap Vera to confirm guidance at the point of care.

Impact

Traffic from practicing clinicians increased. Sign-ups converted to active sessions, and usage became routine. Cold outreach was replaced by inbound interest through department threads, resident group chats, and Slack. By the end of the sprint, Vera moved from "link in an email" to a tool doctors opened during their day. Creators continued using it, and the momentum compounded.

PropGPT set out to do something bold: bring machine-learning clarity to the chaos of sports betting. The product was strong real-time stats, AI-graded picks, clean UX and coverage across NFL, NBA, and MLB with more leagues on the roadmap. But great tech doesn't automatically find its audience.

Challenge

Early growth trickled. Organic posts and a few scattered influencer shout-outs drove curiosity, not commitment. Bettors saw "AI for props" and thought cool, then kept scrolling. PropGPT needed consistent, high-intent users people who would open the app on game days and make it part of their routine.

Solution

We replaced scattered shout-outs with a repeatable creator engine. We handpicked credible creators across TikTok, X, and YouTube, armed them with a tight message playbook (edge = AI-graded picks, proof = live stats/receipts, CTA = "lock it in before kickoff"), and synced content to weekly slates and breaking news. Top posts were whitelisted, clipped, and retargeted to bettors who'd already engaged.

Impact

Curiosity turned into habit. Click-throughs and trials climbed, day-7 return usage rose on game days started compounding. Traffic, sign-ups, and paid conversions stacked week over week pushing DAU to new highs and multiplying MRR without overspending on ads.
